Escape Artist to risk suffocation June 25 at Cardington Street Fair
Award-winning escape artist Michael Griffin accepts a challenge from Cardington Police Chief James Wallace and could face suffocation onstage if an accident happens during the upcoming dare.
CARDINGTON, OH. (MICHAEL GRIFFIN) JUNE 23, 2022 — 2 Time World Magic Award Winning Escape Artist Michael Griffin is appearing for the first time ever at the Cardington Street Fair June 25. As part of the event the magician has accepted a special challenge from the Chief of Cardington Police Department, James Wallace who is in his 6th year as chief with a career spanning 17 years serving the area.
The Chief is looking forward to putting Griffin to the test and seeing if he can survive being shackeled up tight and secured in a heavy waterproof airtight bag in full view of the audience Saturday afternoon at 4:30PM. The stage is near the American Legion Hall in downtown Cardington all ages are welcome as the festivities go on.
